Ok one of the years 2010 or 11 or 12 you couldn't get it you had to spas can to have a 6.5' bed. If you never had anything back there it be alright i guess its cause every truck we've ever had was a 6.5 that's why I'm partial to them. I like 8' but on a single cab. And I've never liked a 5.5' that ive looked into buying. To each their own I'm not saying they are stupid and noone should like them. Sorry to de rail us we were on a roll.

The new SCrews with the 6.5 bed look dumb, it's too long. A 6.5 belongs on a SCAb or reg. the only crew can that should have a 6.5 or longer bed is a SD, even then I think an 8 footer looks stupid on a crew cab. Looks like if it ever went into a pasture or off road and hit a dip it would fold.
