Won't start
Brought my 2003 F150 in for a repair to the leaf spring.
prefect drive there with no issue.
mechanic tried to start to bring into shop buy starter only clicked, with no previous issues to starter or battery he tried to rotate the engine at the harmonic balancer but it appears to be seized. Engine was down a liter of oil but again ran perfect when dropped off.
Any ideas??

Ok that makes no sense. Pop the hood and determine where the click is coming from. Have a friend turn the key. It will either be clicking at the bottom of the engine at the starter or up top on the firewall on the passenger side. I would be more apt to believe that the starter is hung up than the engine is burnt up.
