Look at the relay that was provided with kit. on the bottom where the prongs are you will see some numbers, here is how you connect it.

Fused RED wire (to battery)- Pin 30 of relay
Blue wire (to ground, make sure ground is free of rust and paint, try to find a ground away from water splashing on it)- Pin 86
Yellow wire (to switch)- Pin 85
Black wire (load for lights) - Pin 87
Make sure you ground both of your lights to the frame aswell.

Green wire with fuse is power for switch. fuse closest to battery
you will also need to ground your switch. the LED rocker should have a yellow label on the side of it to tell what prong is what. that is if Hella still includes LED rockers in their kits, im sure it is.
Thanks for the help. Makes a lot more sense now and that was exactly how i was thinking just wanted to make sure. Also, what do you mean by Fuse closest to battery? I would just run the green wire from the battery to the rocker switch right?

Ok so i got the lights mounted. I think they look great.

Now On to the wiring... a couple questions if someone could please help me out with this:
1) I have the relay mounted, The red/hot goes from the battery into the relay, blue is grounded, yellow goes to the switch, and black is to the lights. Correct?
2) How do I get the wires ran from the engine bay into the cab?
3) What connectors should i use to connect the load/black wire from the relay to the two separate lights wires?
4) Where should i mount the relay in the engine bay?

There are prolly more just cant think of them right now...

Any help from anyone would be much appreciated as well as pics if u have them

There is a grommet on the driver side, that's where I run all my wires through.

gotta ask how you mounted the lights. if you mounted them to that fiberglass bar the lights are going to shake like crazy. they need a solid mount so they wont move. i orginally mountd them to that fiberglass bar but switched the the steel front crossmember.

Anyone one that has wired up some hella lights, i assume that the kits are all the same, if you have any input and PICTURES (Im a visual person) would be greatly appreciated.

I know that the red goes from the battery, the blue is grounded, the yellow runs to the switch i think? black i would think goes to the lights? what about the green wire with the inline fuse?

Thanks in adavnce and again pictures would be most helpful. I would like not to F*** any wiring up on my truck
I tell you I did not care for the kit, so I bought my own wire and ran a fuse between the lights and the battery, then I bought two medal toggles and installed them in the cab. I have four lights so I wired each pair on separate toggles. This helps keep the lights from throwing fuses, the kit is really so that you can hook the lights up to the brights. I would suggest not doing that, not safe, also when you run it straight nothing gets hot.

X2 I ran the fuse that came with the kit from the battery to a toggle switch .

Here is a nice visual. Keep in mind that the wiring color is up to you as the electrons could care less what color the housing is. The colors are standardized to make it easier to recognize during installation and/or troubleshooting later.

Thanks for all the help guys. I got it all mounted for the time being. I had to switch the mounts from the top support and having the lights upside down to the bottom support and running the right side up. This was due the lights not being able to have the reflectors flipped inside like the other Hella lights. Not a big deal. As far as the mounting of them not being solid enough, I can not speak to that and if in fact they shake too much then where do you guys who had to change them mount them to? Because I didnt see any sort of metal that i could mount them on. Ill have to test them at night.

Again, Much appreciated help from all of you. Ill get some pics in a little bit.
