Look at the relay that was provided with kit. on the bottom where the prongs are you will see some numbers, here is how you connect it.

Fused RED wire (to battery)- Pin 30 of relay
Blue wire (to ground, make sure ground is free of rust and paint, try to find a ground away from water splashing on it)- Pin 86
Yellow wire (to switch)- Pin 85
Black wire (load for lights) - Pin 87
Make sure you ground both of your lights to the frame aswell.

Green wire with fuse is power for switch. fuse closest to battery
you will also need to ground your switch. the LED rocker should have a yellow label on the side of it to tell what prong is what. that is if Hella still includes LED rockers in their kits, im sure it is.

2) How do I get the wires ran from the engine bay into the cab?
3) What connectors should i use to connect the load/black wire from the relay to the two separate lights wires?
4) Where should i mount the relay in the engine bay?

There are prolly more just cant think of them right now...

Ok so i am kind of a noob at wiring. I got my hella 500 black magics in last week and i really want to install them sometime this week. I am confused as to how/where the wires provided go. Anyone one that has wired up some hella lights, i assume that the kits are all the same, if you have any input and PICTURES (Im a visual person) would be greatly appreciated.

I know that the red goes from the battery, the blue is grounded, the yellow runs to the switch i think? black i would think goes to the lights? what about the green wire with the inline fuse?

I tell you I did not care for the kit, so I bought my own wire and ran a fuse between the lights and the battery, then I bought two medal toggles and installed them in the cab. I have four lights so I wired each pair on separate toggles. This helps keep the lights from throwing fuses, the kit is really so that you can hook the lights up to the brights. I would suggest not doing that, not safe, also when you run it straight nothing gets hot.
