Windshield wipers not working properly
1997 F150
The passenger side wiper stopped working and then about 2-3 weeks later the drivers side stopped. They move up about an inch when I turn them on but then go back down. I have removed the cowl and inspected the linkages and everything looks good. The motor runs and the splines turn, but doesn't look like they are turning far enough. Any help will be appreciated.
