I know that the f150s had the same lug patern form 1980 to 1996. The new style of lug patern is metric. not sure if the newer model dodges will fit. i tried wheels off of a 2001 f150 on my 86 . they wont fit. the holes are 3/16" off. even if you make the holes bigger, they still wont fit over the bearing caps or onto the hub. i know for sure that the same Dodge year models will fit no modification Required. Ford went to the Metric Lug patern when they went to the new body style. i Hope this will help you

The newer dodge wheels are interchangable with Ford. Yes.. The lug pattern is just a hair off. But they will fit. All you have to do is change lug nuts. So the answer to your question is yes they will fit. Ford and Dodge have almost always had the same lug pattern.

What about the center hub diameter? I think I read somewhere that the center humb was larger on the f150 but could be milled out. I'm looking at a set of 5-spoke srt wheels form, my 90 f150.
