Default Will 29 inch rims and tires that are 275/45/20 fit on my truck
I have a 2003 F150 4.2L V6 2wd. Everything stock except for lighting and I was wondering if a set of 20 inch rims and tires 275/45/20 would fit on this truck without having to change anything else. Also with no rubbing.

Can you also answer if gear alloy and nexen tires are good quality

I have never done anything with Gear Alloy wheels. Nothing wrong with Nexen tires. I haven't run any on my truck, but I have sold plenty of them over the years without ever having to warranty one.
