Well the questions the same, will a 1999 f150 front and rear passenger door fit and work on my 1998 f150 super cab? I was told the door handles are in different places? If they do work, can I still use my 98 door panels?

You can use them but will need to swap over the inside door handle mechanism whihc is pop riveted to the door itself.

I have the same problem I am about to buy the front two doors and the rear passenger door off a 1999 to go on my 1998 but I'm not sure that they will fit or what I will have to do to get them to fit ?
