I personally think that completely white trucks look bland, kind of like a fleet vehicle from the cable company, or a city work vehicle.
When I got my white SCab, I immediately started making it look less boring.

Loves me some white F-truck!
I've got a white '99 F150 "WS," regular cab, long bed with white shell. Silver grille, bumpers and wheels w/ gray interior. I like the sleekness of white on the land barge 
Not to mention my last three rides were also white... '93 Wrangler, '97 Intrepid and '93 LeBaron drop top... interiors were gray, gray, blue. OK, maybe I am a little biased... maybe
My subwoofers are also white come to think of it, old model Hifonics Brutus 12s. Maybe I was a mental patient in a former life
