whistle/ friction- like noise from under the hood
ok so ive been hearing this whistle/ friction- like noise from under the hood. i cant hear it at a stop, it gets louder the higher the rpms are but as soon as it shifts it quiets way down. this has been driving me CRAZY!!! and i would really appreciate if anyone had any ideas as to what it might be, thanks!

i had a similar issue, i replaced the idler and tension pully. noise went away. mine also changed with rpm's. btw i couldn't spin the pullies and duplicate the noise, but it went away once i changed them.
