If we go that route shouldn't the 35's with tbars cranked thread get un-stickied? I liked having the show off thread and the what did you do today. I'm taking bets on how long before another one is started as it's already on page 2.
It's your all's forums but honestly I don't personally feel either one was causing a problem.

Lol I don't care either way since stickies are a separate tab on mobile but do people not use the subscribe button? Those threads are never off my first page of subd threads. Always easy to find. Everyone hates change but badfish isn't wrong. Stickies are supposed to be threads that have helpful info so the veterans don't have to keep answering the same simple questions. It's not supposed to be a personal favorites page. At least that's been my experiences with forums

Holy crap guys. Calm your ****. If the thread is popular, which it is, it’ll stay on the first page daily and it’ll also stay near the top. If you don’t see a point in removing it, do me a favor. Go to any other section and look at the stickies. See what they are and what they are about. The VIN decoder is stuck because it’s informative. The member map is stuck because it’s informative. The “how to post” is stuck because it’s infomative. The ToTM rules are stuck because they’re informative. The vendor rules and registration information are stuck because they’re informative. See the pattern here? They’re in place because not only are they informative, they’re reference a LOT. Now that you’ve done that, consider how the threads you’re complaining about compare. They don’t. They’re general chat threads with some possible useful information peppered in that you’d have to know it’s there to find. You can’t factor in how often they’re posted in because many of them are a single post that’s been edited over time by staff and is closed to posting.
