Default Out of round tires or something else?

2 weeks ago, got brand new 265/75R16 Kelly Safari ATRs put on. I've had to do a massive amount of driving lately due to a family emergency, and have a lot more to go, so cash and timing sucks right now. But 40mph+ has my truck shaking pretty good. I took it to a tire shop where I'm currently at in Nashville, I figured a wheel weight or somthing fell off, and they said 3/4 brand new tires are out of round and they had trouble balancing them. They also said my control arms and ball joints are loose. I don't have a bad vibration in the steering wheel. Should I go through the hassle of getting the tires replaced under full warranty, or just get the ball joins and control arms tightened up and see if that fixes it? I can't do anything myself right now, on the road, so I'll need a mechanic to fix it. Any advice for cheapest and quickest fix is good. I have a trailer to haul up from Nashville to Indianapolis monday, so hoping I can get in somewhere tomorrow. Thanks guys.

Good Year replaced the rear 2 tires under warranty. They said everything looked good underneath except the u-joints. They're loose, but they said the entire shaft was so rusted out I'll need to replace the entire drive shaft eventually, so just drive it for now. haha. Glad they were honest.

Glad it didn't keep you from what you had to do. Sucks otherwise!
