What'd you pay for your lift?

I think my BDS was $2400 and the install was $800.
I'm pretty sure BDS makes the Zone lift for them (for our models at least) and they are almost identical.

While I grew up Surrey was ripped jeans, Ford Broncos, mullets, chained-up pitbulls, Hells Angels owned White Rock. Lots of really nice but awfully ugly folks were my neighbours.
As for myself, imagine a nipple length forked beard wearing rubber boots and shorts driving a Ford Festiva sprayed camouflage with a dead bear in the back seat. That life ended when my boss sold the farm, now I'm just another rig pig in FSJ. They know me as Milkman on Grimes 1.
Contrastingly, the bean counting pencil pushing pansies with wrists too limp to pull wrenches who actually run the oil industry come from Calgary. As does their Muslim Mayor.
All that's to say, you're right, I can't stand the hippies from Van Isle or yuppies in Kelownafornia much less the feminist white-man's guilt academics from Vancouver. Grande Prairie is happyland, where we go for culture and fine goods, to meet children who know both their parents.

I have yet to meet a red neck from b.c., but I'm sure there out there!...I think there's red necks everywhere!
I'm the typical red neck albertan, born and raised on the farm, started in the oilfield at 16 and had a few businesses ran off the farm.
Been welding, fabricating and building and driving 4x4s since I was 13 and my farm looks like a ford pre owned truck dealership at times!

It costs me ~$400 per diem to take time off work. The V8 over that thousand miles each way won't run for free either. To make it worth my while I'd need to save a couple thousand dollars.
When I am off work, I want my truck. I've places to go, folks to visit, business to conduct. Go hunting, launch my dad's sailboat.
Kind of you nonetheless.
