What repairs on your truck?
This idea is not original with me - a similar topic is on a Chevy forum, but I though it would be interesting, and maybe helpful for some of us, to find out what others have had to do to their trucks.
I'll start: '02 F150 SuperCrew 5.4 Lariat 4 door - I've had my truck one year, bought with 47k original miles, 52k miles now.
My only repair has been the remote outside mirror switch.
An interesting note: F150 is highest selling vehicle in America, right? I visit Chevy forums and noticed that there are WAY more posts on those sites for help. More Chevy owners seeking truck help than Ford owners... hmmm. Maybe Ford is a tad better in real life usage? I traded my '96 Chevy 5.7L for my present F150 just because of the troubles I had with it - fuel pump, $750, transmission - $1,700, and anti-freeze odor when I traded it on the F150. I was concerned about the famous intake manifold gasket repair would be my next at about $700... How's your F150 doing?

122k just replaced the original spark plugs and two of the eight coils, needs a new power lock actuator on the passenger side though. Only had the truck for a little over a month.

2001 F150 XLT 4.2 Auto
It's been a great truck. Bought it with 36,000 on it 7 years ago, today it has 140,000
Repairs....Not bad for 7 years
Transmission Lines (rusted)
Power Steering Pump & New Hoses
Alternator
Fuel Sender
Leaf Spring Cracked(replaced, added Additional Leaf)
Blower Motor Resistor
U Joints
Tie Rods Outer
Try to keep it well maintained,
Oil Changes(3k miles, or sooner when it starts to change color),
Trans Fluid & Filter Change
Differential Fluid Change
Brake Fluid Flush
Radiator Flushes
Brakes, Rotors & Bearings
Plugs & Wires

Have had my 99 5.4 since October 2009.
Brake pads / rotors.
Brake fluid flush.
Radiator hoses.
Coolant flush.
Oil change.
Put 500 miles on it so far, no complaints, runs great with 124k.

The only thing I have had to repair on my 02 5.4 with 80,000 miles is replacing the thermostat. Other than that just your simple maintenance: brakes, oil changes, and flushes.

December 2009 TOTM!
03' F150 Lariat FX4. Bought with 64.5k miles now 81k miles.
Besides regular maintance...
Replaced my cv boot, and have to replace it again. But I offroad alot and hard... and my torsion bars were cranked a little to much. Though others don't seem to have this problem.
I'll prob do a full tune up soon.
Sparkplugs, fluid flush, ect ect.
