What is my idle doing? What's wrong with this thing?

Take the PCV line off the back of the throttle body and see if the elbow has any holes. This is the most common area for these things to leak. It's difficult to see. Also, take the PCV valve out of the valve/cam cover and shake it... you should hear a "pellet" bouncing around in there... if it's stuck, it is bad.

I think it might have something to do with the relays under the dash clicking at random. It clicks like twice in a row pretty quick then 3 times very quick then it will click every one in awhile while driving. I replaced both relays but it keeps clicking. Or it could be unrelated

Do you know what the relays go to? It's most likely unrelated, but you never know.

The black one is the blower motor relay ( full size Ford ISO relay ).
This should have the same base part number ( 14B192-AA ) as the other full size ISO relays in the CJB & BJB

I have discovered something new with the idle while doing an abs check on the truck. I noticed while I was doing hard breaking to a full stop, that when I Accelerate from the dead stop the engine made a flat rattling sound that sounded similar to a diesel engines flat rattle or maybe rocker arms but it was only enough that it sounded like 4 quick bangs in a row. Any ideas?

Even more evidence pointing towards a vacuum leak. Does your brake booster leak vacuum? You can get a tester (MightyVac's are great) and see if it holds vacuum.
