Stay away from the first one, one thing others missed is the fact that it has a rebuilt title which means it was probably totaled and someone put it back together and can only be titled as rebuilt.

Also try to stay away from the later 7.3's As they crappy PMR rods and I have seen dozens of stock trucks break them and punch holes in the blocks.

Yeah well guys I didn't buy It. Me and my grandpa went and looked at it, and the guy met us about 5-10 mins from his house. And once he got there shut it off. It set for about 2 minutes if that and it wouldnt even start than he tried it again it than started, and he wouldn't come off $2500 so I was like nah. Plus his leather seats were all raged out. My has a little tear but his were prety bad. Also his outside temperature guage on the roof didn't work. And the tires were about half wore out!! After he told me they were almost brand new. So as you can see had quite a few problems.
