What do you have plugged into the 12V power supply in the dash?

radar detector, inverter, standard cigarette lighter, and/or a flashlight.
I alternate between all four of those things, and the only reason i have the cigarette lighter, is cause it came with the truck..

an ac plug adapter for my cellphone and/or wifes computer when she is in there. Other than that it stays shut.

Lighter and cell phone charger

I also installed another 12v plug under the dash and had hidden wires ran up to the docking station for my last phone

I alternate between Radar detector, GPS, Cell phone charger, and sometimes the cigarette lighter. I just installed some toggle switches in the blank panel above my new stereo, and will use to tap into 12V source, and hard wire the radar and GPS adapter to them, freeing up at least one of the sockets.
