I want to get a set of rectangular/oval white led lights about 3-4" long and and get a rubber grommet the exact same size and put them in the back bumper. But I'm undecided on wether to tint them lightly or not. And keep in mind my bumper will be white!

Don't tint them, the lights will blend nicely with the bumper. You won't want to kill the output any.

Got a new receiver hitch and hauled off a load of scrap, forgot to look at how much it was all together, but the fridge and stock tank were filled with steel pipe scraps and the truck bed was full of cans. Truck did pretty good though, first time hauling without cats and it was a bit lacking in low end sometimes, but at speed, you could barely tell it was there
