Probably going to have to lift it a little higher with all that new stuff going in...that's a good thing lol.

Changed out the front brake pads and inspected the rear brakes. Put a fresh coat of paint on the rims while I had them off. They we're getting dull from brake dust.

Replaced the rear door speaker wiring harness. Somehow or another it got a short in it and when the door opened it would cut in and out. Also pulled some matching push trees and put them in the panels where they were lifting on both sides. These push trees should have been there from the factory to keep the top panel down in the corners!

Well, now you did it. Don't you know non-factory mods ruin the value a these trucks???

My panels aren't lifting up, but I can see where having fasteners in place could be beneficial. I'll have to keep this in mind.

hahaha that doesn't sound good at all. If I were to do this again I would just have picked up another crossmember from the get go before I took apart my mode of transportation.

Haha value personal property values the truck at 4,300 which is an overshot as is since they want the most money, I can't remember what my insurance company values it at. I think it's time to put collectors insurance on it just in case.... try and get the mods taken into account because 4K doesn't even scratch the price tag lol.
