That things already starting to look a lot better with those god awful headlights off it. Looks like that dent pulled out of the hood pretty well too.

Good work, it's looking a ton better than what you started with.

Built a temporary deck, started on the front bumper, cut the x member gussets and finished cutting the receiver hole. Now to do a bunch of welding :/

FYI We learned on our Jeeps to keep the bumper as wide as the tires, Sucks when you put a small tree between the wheel and the frame.

Ordered all new brake lines, expedition calipers and brackets, and expedition rotors. Still have to decide what pads I want

Silly jeeps lol. Seen it happen a on a few runs. It's getting tube work once i get around to order it. The tree deal is a non issue on full-size rig.

LOL well the price was right. 6$ because had to buy hardware. It's only 6' wide and 4' long. Just needs to hold a couple coolers on wheelin days

would you mind sharing part numbers? I'm just interested in comparing what others have posted vs. what folks are currently finding. This is on my list of eventual upgrades.

Rotors: eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/282101561318

Here the lines and calipers, the calipers come with the brackets.

Then I just got advanced auto premium pads for a 2000 expedition 4wd. It's about $250 dollars total. I needed new lines, pads, rotors, and a passenger caliper anyways so i was gonna spend a decent amount anyways. You could spend alot more if you got a "higher performance" pad and rotor which I'm sure would be better but I'm not to worried about it. If you want braided lines that Jacks the cost up too but I might lift soon so I didn't see the point in getting expensive lines just to have to replace them when I lift it.

I had a couple left over sheets of decking, got sick of moving them around pretty quick...had the bed off anyway for rockers. Got tired of that light bulb of an idea over the head, besides, it was firing in a bald spot. So, low and behold, tool bench express. Came in handy while it lasted.
