i had my grille surrounding off painting the cross member. Super easy...

I'm gonna wait for right now. its like -40F and I don't feel like screwing with it. Plus I might be flipping my truck for an 09 fx4 f150 if I can get everything worked out. to good of a deal to pass up.

Yup, that's what I did ( I have a post a few pages back about the fresh smelling headlights, lol)

I then applied Megiurs 2.0 wax to seal the lens.

Turned out really well. I have although ordered Spyder crystal clear head lights, should be here by end of the week.

I would cancel that order if your able to.
Nothing but disappointment from them. The tend to leak, if you got halo/LED ones those go out and are not replaceable, light output is horrible and don't even think about putting HID bulbs in those things.

Happy with my lightning headlights. And here is a picture of the switchbacks. The relay was a pain to swap out, but it beats having a potential fire hazard with the resistors.
