I'm not sure. They're perfectly spaced and very cleaning drilled, if they weren't that way from the factory. Some have wire looms passing through them.

Replaced the Pitman arm lower shaft seal- and what a job it was. Getting the pitman arm off was a b%tch. To get out the seal had to start the engine, turn the wheel and let the pressure blow it out. Replaced all components, added PS fluid, steers like new. TBH I helped my shade tree mechanic- he was the star.

99, my pitman was a real pain too. Especially since the pickle fork can damage the pump. Feels great when it's done though.
