What did you do to your 10th gen today?
Yea, I found a tube from salvage...125 for it. I checked 4wd operation in the driveway, that still works....in the drive, haven't roaded it in 4wd though. Ford wants 385 for an actuator/ Dorman 95. Going to dismantle first, make sure nothing else is broken. Found a complete front assemble/diff for 200 including actuator about an hours drive from here. Guess we'll see.
What is that overhead console you have up there? Mine is the stock one that came with my Lariat, but I really dig the design and number/letter coloring of your overhead console.

GO SOX!
Thanks. It's a full Expedition console. I pulled the rear A/C controls out of it. I added three switches and a digital volt meter. I have some pictures of the install in my build thread.

Nice looking truck man. I put the lightning style headlights on mine too. It really makes these trucks look nicer.
As for me... Today I replaced the serpentine belt (went with a gates fleetrunner hd) and the belt tensioner assembly. Changed the idler pulley yesterday. Running smooth with no squeaking, so I'm happy.

The housing slips right off the short axle once a single snap ring is removed, no need to seperate the diff cover. Short shaft inserts through thrust bearing, no C-clip holding in place. So, easy job...quick!
