What did you do to your 10th gen today?

It is not bad if you can find it on sale or clearance.
I got some Havoline Merc V for $42/12 qts.
Motor oil, I have gotten some free after rebates, but usually spend less than $2/qt for synthetic oil on clearance, sale or rebates.
Coolant, if your doing a total flush, I just buy Supertech or Prestone for around $11.00/jug (sometimes cheaper with a rebate by $3-4/jug) + 3 gallons of distilled water for another $3.
But $200 is less than the damage that can happen if you neglect the fluids.

Finally got around to undercoating my truck. Figured now is the time to do it with the transmission is out. I did the engine bay a while back when I had the engine out. Looks alot better now. I still need to get another 2 or 3 cans to finish it up tho. Still have to do the rear axle and the drive shaft but other than that it's finally done

Rear Shocks
Well, I thought I was replacing the rear shocks, but the upper mounting bolts have thwarted me. I guess 20 years of salt and rust, added to non-existent accessibility, can do that. Will be buying some metal blades for the reciprocating saw, then going back for another shot. At least I had a good excuse to open up the rear brakes.
Well after months of on and off working to figure out why my 97 wouldn't run right after engine swap having codes of P1131 and P0304, I finally found it. The plastic tube going from pcv to the throttle body had a crack in it. Never heard or seen it until I cut the foam off of it. Then next I checked on passenger side O2 and looked in the plug once I unhooked it and I be damn, two of the prongs was up in the body of the plug having no way of connecting. Threw another O2 sensor on and fixed the plastic tube and what do you know, she runs like brand new one. now I can finally move on and finish redoing the truck now.
