That ebay link has everything I was referring to. But yea, RA might as well. I haven't checked out all they offer. I only looked at the link you posted.

You can go with shorties if you want. Shorties on these engines have 0 benefit and your chances with them not fitting right or ending up with an incorrect gasket match increase. Like I said, you'll thank me lol. Making this job as easy as possible can make a huge difference. Some have even said this one takes years of their lives lol.

Oh yea, make sure to use Permatex "Copper" on the exhaust ball or even the gaskets if it calls for it. That's good stuff!

If you look at that link I gave yuh, I seen a drivers side kit that included the EGR nipple. Looks like the exhaust studs and nuts might be separate. It's up to you, but I'd go with stainless studs. Definitly go with stainless nuts. It was Fords mistake not to go with these and you can find them cheap if you look around. When it comes to fasteners and theres just one I use for Ford truck fasteners...that would be, -

Other than that, I get stainless, plated and treated nuts/bolts from ebay.
Thank you for all the info.

I'll get one this weekend.

I already get 3 more miles per gallon and I've been getting on it. I can feel more power too. Wicked happy. Just wish it was louder at idle.

I just cleaned and redid the threads for the three bolts that hold the compressor in, since those were open to rust for at least one winter. All that nasty stuff came out and spent some time working in and out the catcher. Bolts go in nicely now, one thing left; how da heck I get that big compressor in there, which way

Here's some photos of how things looked.
