Its a 1995 Sportster 1200 with stage 2 cams and port and polish and carb. Screaming Eagle exhaust. It will carry the front tire about 4 inches off the ground in 1st gear, if it gets traction. We picked up a Full size tank, fender set and adapted to it. Other than that it is normal.

lol wut?

I have a bike that has 30 more hp, pretty much the same torque and wet weighs 100lbs lighter than the dry weight advertised for the sportster 1200 in 95...i lmfao @ ur comment about 'if it can get traction'

If that bike can break the tire loose, you need better tires real quick.

I rode a friends 06 1200 Custom and traction isn't a problem. Keeping up with my 28 year old Suzuki Gs 1100L is something it has a problem with. It has 30 more hp. and does't have a traction problem. The real problem is he paid $11,000 for it in 06 and has $1,500 in upgrades and can't get someone to give him $5,000 for it with less than 10,000 mi. So much for the Great Harley Resale Value.

My Buell 1203 get 65mpg babying it, and 40 when kicking it in the applesack.
As far as the specs go, its 105hp/101ft-lbs at 3400 RPMs.

On another note. I average 18.2 miles on my 4.6L 3V going at 55mph. This is a mix of 50/50 street and highway. My best mileage was 18.4 cruising at 80mph, drafting off of semis and other trucks on the interstate. Not recommended to do what I did, but it does help the mpg. Not bad for a 4x4 SCREW and a 6.5 foot BED and 3.73.
