In your original post you stated you installed a 5" rough country lift kit..(Remember I told you I never heard of a 5" lift kit), that didn't help much. When trying to help out we need to know the specifics..

Yeah that’s was totally my bad. But yeah it’s a rough country 3 inch lift which that includes new shocks all around 3 inch spindles and 2 inch blocks for rear . Now this doesn’t come with it I bought separate but they are also rough country... the 2 inch leveling coils. So the problem I was having mind you I was having this problem on my front left side only... so the thing was when we put that spring in we didn’t seat it correctly it wasn’t way off (less than an inch from where it was suppose to be I can’t explain it correctly, it just needed to be rotated a little bit). and on top of that we overtightned the top nut so it was putting pressure on improperly placed spring so it was popping out a little bit to one side and thattt put more pressure on the lower control arm hence why it was constantly sitting on the bump stop. Since then I loosened up the top but to match the right side and the spring actually just sat it’s self where it was supposed to be and it’s gained space between the upper control arm and the bump stop. Sorry for the long post haha
