Post Unique Electrical Issue

Hey yall, first time f150 owner and first post! I recently picked up, from my father in law, an 03 F150 XLT Lariat SuperCrew 4x4 with the 5.4. He's had the truck for many years and has told me, one time he was boosting off another vehicle in the rain and it shorted the truck out. The driver window stopped working, radio has power but no sound, cruise stopped working and a few other gremlins. So far on the truck I have started troubleshooting some of the electrical issues and come up short on information. So I will break down my questions in paragraph form along with what I have found.

Driver Window: Previous owner replaced motor and regulator. I replaced the master switch. All the other windows work great, even has power coming from the switch for the driver. No voltage at the motor however. I did discover a missing relay (4) (auto up and down) from under the dash fuseblock. I replaced the relay and called the PO to tell him I figured out the problem. He then told me that the relay kept melting so he left it out. It hasn't melted yet, but I haven't driven it much since. ( If the relay melts again, what could be the issue? Bad connection in the fuse block?)

Cruise control: When I bought the truck it had a bad passenger front wheel speed sensor causing the ABS light to illuminate. Replaced the sensor thinking it had something to do with the no cruise. It did not. There is no light or indication the cruise is coming on. Thoughts?

Brake light switch: Never had an issue with the brake lights or shifting from park. I did notice that when it was cold this past 2 weeks with a trailer harness connected, the brake lights would either flash or stay on(Yes, there is a trailer brake box installed). There was no moisture in the plug that i noticed. I have read that the brake switch could be reading small current across the switch enough to keep the cruise from engaging. I have purchased the part and will be replacing tonight.

Radio: I haven't been able to dig in this one like I have wanted to yet. It has the 6 disk changer, I'm assuming maybe a factory amp somewhere? I have only checked the radio fuse and it was not blown. With the rain induced short, Could it have fried an amp? Does it have a different fuse location?

Thank you in advance for any help I can get!
