Default Unidentified part/tube by my starter

Could you all help me identify this. I am wondering if it is some kind of blow off/ overflow for the tranny but I don't know. Truck is a 03 Screw 5.4 tranny is a 4R70W (AODE). Here are some pics to help you folks

As much as I could but I kind of loose it. Is that Yes meaning there is a blow off tube?

Everyone is correct, but the tube actually has a bracket that bolts and holds it in place. The bolt that holds it in place is awful to get too, and takes about 1-1/2 of extensions and lots torque to get it loose. Its held up by the top right bolt connecting the tranny to the engine. TRUST ME, its a PITA to get it all aligned properly, just got done changing the tranny in mine.
