Underdash Fuse #21 Keeps Blowing

Check the wiring harness from the trans, Look for it laying against the exhaust some place. Mine was on the egr tube on the passenger side under the starter relay. Good luck.

Good afternoon everybody,

It seems that there was a bad fuses or something in the engine compartment. I replace all of the fuses there and it's working fine now. Quite strange. I also found that the actuator bar (The bar that moves the ignition switch to the correct positions?) wasn't pushing the switch all the way into the start position so the key wasn't working right. I took a butt connector and glued it to the metal bar on the ignition switch and put it back in. That gave it enough of a buffer to move all the way to start. The truck is running fine now! Thank you everybody for your suggestions.
