I have true duals with no mufflers and I love it

^ Any time you change the direction of flow you're loosing velocity. A spiral muffler (I'm assuming it's a Moroso?) is a little better than a chambered for performance, as it isn't hitting the brick wall of a baffle, but is a notch below a perforated straight through.
