True Dual Question...

Friend's true dual setup. He had the rear cats cut off and the front cats gutted without throwing any codes for several months running a tow tune. Dyno'd it and the a/f ratio was spot on with both the tow and performance tunes on his programmer. Said the CEL finally came on the other week after running the performance tune, but he cleared it with the edge.
Took this vid with a helmet cam so the sound doesn't do it justice at all. That thing was loud!

Did the dyne show any real gain or loss in power after the exhaust change?

My friend's got the document with the results at every rpm, i think the average max was more around 240rwhp. When i get the chance i'll try to graph it on excel.

Programmer is not absolutely necessary, but it does help you get the most out of all your mods. A customed tune will do way better than anything that comes off the shelf. Mpt is a vendor on here and they are really affordable. Gutted means you remove all the catalyst (the guts) from the catalytic converter

You can turn them off with a programmer or you can mount the sensors in spark plug non-foulers according to this: https://www.f150forum.com/f72/how-tr...-sensor-47908/
