Truck still shakes.
I have done the spark plugs and it fixed the shake on idle and the cylinder 8 missfire. Now it only hesitates and shakes when in OD. What could it be now? Ideas?

Low grade misfire due to weak coils. They typically show their symptoms in od around 45-55mph.

If you have a live data scanner that can read mode $6 you can find which coils are misfiring. They won't do it enough to throw a code unless you really hammer on it when its shaking.
