Exclamation truck still getting hot up hills

I made a post about this awhile ago and didnt get to much help. My truck gets hot going up hills. the needle on the guage gets up in the red sometimes. and idk why this is happening because its fine doing everything else. it will even cool down with the engine running and going down a flat road. any easy suggestions to check whats going on?

Gee thanks....haha....have you done anything that was suggested the first go round? Fan clutch? Rad flush? Water pump? Get a aftermarket gauge?

Depending on mileage you might have excessive buildup in your radiator which will require having the rad rodded out or flushed. Im sure you did the obvious checks... Also make sure your thermostat is opening up fully. My radiator in my Ranger had alot of calcium buildup and would hit the red zone going up long inclines in the summer time. I replaced the rad and also the fan clutch because it would not engage. After that she never got hot again.
