With the tranny in park & in 2wd, you should be able to grab the front drive shaft by hand and spin it. Check that first. If it don't spin your front axle is still locked in. Another possible cause are bad CV joints.

Go drive your truck engage it in 4 wheel drive and from a compete stop turn the wheel at full lock you should feel resistance in the wheel and it may buck take it out of 4 wheel and do the same thing if it feels the same your still locked in 4 wheel drive regardless of what the indicator says

It could be bad cv shaft(s) or on the front diff there is a pin that should slide in and out make sure it moves I would lube it up regardless but my money is on your cv shafts

I confirmed the front diff is unlocked as I have taken it out of the truck and checked the shift fork, I have also changed the actuator, and checked the solenoids, idk what else to check besides the idler arm and the driveshafts for being out of balance

Idler arm will have play and the drive shaft will have a couple spots that look like there's something missing driveshaft weights are usually small rectangular weights similar to a smaller version of stick on wheel weights

Front end is still engaged. That's your problem.

Or it could be your t-case not disengaging. Floor shift or push button?

My front end is locked, I took the actuator off and pushed the arm on the diff a 1/4 more and it unlocked, when I put the actuator back on it won't go far enough to let it unlock. I just tried 2 different actuators. Also last week I took the entire front diff out of the truck and checked the shift fork and it was fine, idk what else besides the arm on the diff being bent where the actuators arm is not long enough to let it unlock . What do y'all think?
