Common 97-03 issues
Hello, Long time since I've posted on here, mainly because I havent owned an F150 for a short while. I owned a 95 F150 and loved the truck. I recently sold it for something more fuel efficient 
Now that a regret selling my truck, I am looking into purchasing another. Ideally I'm interested in a 97-03 4x4 with the 4.6 engine. My question is, What are some common issues I should be on the lookout for while searching for these trucks?

Yes the passenger side head gasket, no performance issues just annoying when the oil hits the hot exhaust and it smokes for a couple of seconds. Will be tackling this myself this spring. All ready did both exhaust manifolds they were beyond rusted..
Other than that no other issues yet that are out of the ordinary for a truck in Connecticut. Winter + salt = rust. But I love my truck 2001 131,000 miles.
Oh I also did the sparkplugs when I got the truck just to make sure they were new and torqued to specs, knock on wood no ejected sparkplugs as of yet.
