yes motorcraft iac, and i plan on testing fuel pressure friday

Ok because there is absolutely a difference. What are your a/f ratios? Did you reset your computer after the cats went on?

Also driving without cats thus causing problems then putting cats back on and saying the problem isn't fixed is like airing up a flat tire and then complaining 20mins later that you still have a flat tire...

The air ratio says 5.86 on my scan tool

It reads 5.86 all the time on both banks? Is that long term? Is this what it reads when the truck is stumbling?
