That is strange. Is it surging or just drops low and stays there? Maybe it's a vacuum leak somewhere. Might be time to break out the propane or smoke.

It surges every now and then on a rare occasion, i have sprayed brake cleaner everywhere and dont see any vacuum leaks, but i dont have access to propane or a smoke tester

Did you check the new cats thoroughly ? May have a got a bad one out of the box...it happens. Which did you go with ? Regardless, need to do a good visual inspection before installing.

Is there any way you can get a video of the problem on YouTube and post the link here?

btw these are my fuel trims at idle after warm up.
I have an exhaust leak on bank 1 so thats why mine is off a little bit.

Sounds like a plan. Does it die when you are going straight and stopping or more so when you are turning? The power steering pump or steering components could be dragging and causing this.

The short term trims can do that and it's fine but your long terms absolutely shouldn't. If you look at the picture I put up you can see a little red marker above the white bar and a yellow one at or below it. That's how far my long term fuel trim fluctuates.
I only use my long term fuel trim to diagnose my problems.
