Truck blowing white smoke on startup and hard rev

Not a bad idea checking plugs. If it is say fuel pressure regulator that's shot probably want to fix it quick. Something like that can cause problems to other systems...ie flooding the cat out with fuel, fouling plugs ect. Pretty rare to fail though.

Thanks for the advice. I'm reluctant to say anything major is wrong is blown head gasket because I only have 70000 miles. Having said that... I suppose in many cases mileage is trumped by bad luck.

Hello
I have a 2001 f150 w/ 70k miles. I changed the oil w/ filter, air filter, and fuel filter about 300 miles ago. I've noticed every morning my truck blows a cloud of white smoke right when I start it up and goes away as soon as it idles. I figured it was condensation but when I got out to smell it smelled like a burning smell. Today it blew out some smoke on startup and it was 90+ degrees out. On the way home I decided to rev it up a little and it blew white smoke plus the tailpipe is now black on the inside. Doesn't smell sweet like antifreeze and doesn't smell like oil. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Also when I was reving it up today it made a squealing sound, maybe that was because I was using my A/C?
