Local autobody shop said
this this
was the correct part. I didn't believe them, at first, because these have two pins instead of one, but it turns out those pins serve no purpose and they were right. So for whomever comes across this in the future, you need these to replace Ford F1TZ-7810182-A.

Also, I have 28 on the shelf now.

Yea that doesn't look right at all. Like you said, the pins don't look that....but okay they don't matter. But there's also those notches on the flat, plus the replacement piece is ribbed and thicker. Hey, if it works and fits well it's a winner.

They did sell exact replacements in the past. The only difference is they were green in color...like lime green lol.

Glad it worked out! This info will be useful in the future.

Agree. i wasn't going to order them and determined the shop guy didn't know what he was talking about. Then I realized the pins don't do a thing so I decided to chance the $10 since Amazon could get them to me before I could get myself to the u-pull, and whaddya know, they fit and they work!

Yea, good to know they worked. I was replacing the rear lower bed panels, so the flares needed to be removed. I think I lost patients and ended up just ripping the flares off real quick. It worked for the most part, but I did break a few. You need every one of those clips if you want the fares to be tight against the body...anyway, yea, ordered a bag of them.

Mine came from https://www.clipsandfasteners.com/de...MaAs9cEALw_wcB

They were my go-to for Ford fasteners back then, glad to see they're still out there. They had everything Ford.
