the tab has a screw in the middle undo it n screw comes out n tab comes out ... n u can put any tab back in from parts store

I broke all of mine to take it out. Now it just sits there without screws so I can take it on and off all the time without issues.

Lol I knew what tabs you were talking about before even opening the thread. I was able to get about half of them back in. As others said there not important

I have taken those tabs and plastic out multiple times and never broken one. You just have to use a screw driver not a screw gun. Take the screw almost all the way out then use a flat head or small wrench to slide under and pop it out.

Yay scrivets! Or that is what Ford calls em. Just put back a black push pin. Like others have said pry up on the putter part and unscrew the center. Get a Lyle brand "trim and upholstery removal tool" my local Sears has them for about $8. They work wonders for removing those scrivets and other push pins.

I just pryed up and used a needle nose didn't break any

I just screw them out a little then pry them out. That was until I just took the piece of **** cover off for good
