Default Transmission noise

I have a 2000 f150 v6. I have been reading everything I can. But I cannot find what I am looking for.
I replaced clutch and all parts related to the clutch back in December.
When the auto parts store looked up fluid they gave me automatic transmission fluid. I thought that seemed odd.
Anyway now my transmission makes an odd noise in 4th gear. Especially when I press the throttle all the way.
So I am wondering what the noise could be?

Thanks to all who have ideas? I have replaced many clutches but this is a first.

Not a fix. Snake oil won't do anything except mask the problem. If your trans is making noise, have it looked at by a real shop. It'll leave you on the side of the road and you'll wonder why.

I'd get the wrong fluid out of it and put the right manual trans oil in it.

i have three quarts of the right fluid in and one of the lucas. do you think that the one quart of lucas will be bad for the transmission?
