I found this im not sure if itll help you any or not but hope it does..

According to B&M, the stall speed should be rated at about 500-750 RPM under your engine's peak torque RPM. If you don't know this figure, be conservative in your estimate. You don't want to end up with a converter that has too high of a stall speed. Don't be too conservative, though - it is possible to get a converter with too low of a stall speed, which will have roughly the same effect as too high of a stall speed.

p.s just had my tranny go out along with my transfer case found a remanned one on car-parts.com with 3 year warranty

Curious what direction you went. I am considering going with a heavy duty monster myself.

I went with the monster heavy duty. I am happy with it so far. The only thing I had to do to it besides install it was switch the linkage. Returning the core Is easy too. You just call and tell them it's ready and they send somebody to get it.

1600-1800 converter? And what do you mean switch the linkage? Also curious to know how it shifts with the shift kit in it. Im not looking for something that throws my head back every time it shifts.

Yeah 1600-1800 and it shifts great. It doesn't shift hard unless your really really getting on it.

And the part where the cable snaps on was way to big on the monster tranny
