Sounds like the bearing that sits on the pressure plate that pushes on the fingers. Can't recall the name of it. Throwout bearing, something like that.

Don't think it's the throw out bearing, it's fine at idle.. It's only when engaged in first or second and let off the clutch.. Sounds more like the flywheel surface even tho it's been resurfaced...
