Default Tow bars

I was wondering if there is spots i can cut through my front bumber to put tow hooks in i drive a 99 f150 xlt no fog lights though

Some companies make kits for adding tow hooks (had a set for a Cherokee). Personally I think all vehicles should come from the factory with front hooks, but they don't. I ended up welding some 11K lb tie downs to my front bumper when I got it. I don't remember the factory clearances, but I'd just cut holes in your OE bumper and then pay $15 to get the tie downs and just bolt them to the bottom of the frame rail.
