Mini-cooper cut off my brother while he was going 80 mph. In order to not hit the car, he quickly swerved around him, but lost control due to the bad tires, I guess, and he slammed into the highway barrier on driver's side. i know its gonna need a new rear end and the frame is alittle damaged

Well if time and money are of no issue then yeah it's fixable, plenty of nice vehicles driving around with a salvage title. You may want to reinforce parts of the frame where there was damage, and it may not be as safe as it once was, might not even drive the same ever again, but if you guys love it so much then yes you can fix it. Worst case by a new frame and switch the cab and bed over, they may only be warped from the frame damage. Best case fix the frame, reinforce it if need be, fix the body and rear end then be on your merry little way!

ok everyone talking about new fenders and new doors, you dont need to, but it would be a faster and easier fix, body wise it looks ok. the only thing i would relly be worried about would be springs axle housing and axle shafts but yeah it looks very repaiable
YOUR BEST BET is take it to a body shop with a frame machine and they can straighten that all out frame and cab...

Often my sense is that there are people who don't know how to get things done. For me this would be pretty simple:
1. Figure out how much the damage is going to cost and shop it around.
2. Figure out how much the vehicle is worth when you are done.
3. Factor in anything else--like bs sentiment and make a decision.
If you provide me with those numbers, I will be happy to make the decision for you.
