Hey, need a favor, can anyone tell me which head light bulbs to purchase. Does it matter ?

9007 OEM replacement would be a Sylvania.

I had a couple in my spare fuse/relay box under the seat. A Sylvania and a GE. Both are HB5 9007. I can't recall where they came from, the Sylvania has MAR 14 96 stamped on it lol. Might as well give them a try..they must of came out of my 89.

I just replaced my 9007. I replace evey few years.

That's how long they last yuh ? Huh, my daughters vehicle goes through bulbs as well. The truck hasn't though. The dome light went out a few times. But yea, first time I lost a HL bulb.

I burned out 2 sets of Wagner Xenon BriteLites in my truck, and 1 set in my Escape. Went back to Sylvania Halogens in the truck, and can't remember what the hell I put in the Escape, LOL. I have bulbs that I got from Roush in the Expy, and I think they said Sylvania XTRAvision or some trash on them.

I have retrofits, an havent had bulb issue.

Think I'm going to go over those two headlight grounds by the radiator on each side.

It'll do me for awhile..until the core support totally separates from the front end anyway.

Yup.
Mine were original with 220k miles.
Only changed becsuse new housings come with bulbs

Although probably needed anyway, they get dimmer with age.
