Tires

I have a 2003 F150 Supercrew FX4 with a 2" leveling kit. I was wondering what would be the biggest size (width & height) tire I could put on my truck that would fill my wheel well up good. I'm lookin for an agressive looking allterrain tire, because I don't go muddin as much as I'd like. any ideas? I also plan on keeping my 17" stock fx4 rims on it an painting them black.

A 33x12.50 would fit with no rubbing

actually, 33x12.50 will probably rub at full lock ...or atleast mine does and i had to trim JUST a tad on the lower valence and i am stock, my keys aren't turned or anything

Does a stock fx4 sit higher than a normal 4x4?

I owned an '01 4x4 before my '03 fx4, and if there is any difference, its a very small difference.

35's would fit with stock rims and the valance trimmed but they would rub the frame at full lock.

Get some 1 inch wheel spacers, and there you go no frame rub.

What did you use to level it?
