With a regular alignment you're one and done. That's it. But with a lifetime alignment you could get an alignment every day if you really wanted to.

If you are replacing any parts, I think it goes without saying that you should get parts that have a grease fitting on them if possible. Then you can grease them yourself and increase the life of the part.
For sure. Probably need to start replacing the tie rod and center link

Default Tire wear problem

Well update, noticed a grinding feel in the steering wheel on my way home from work the other day, got home and found the drivers side front bearing was out. Replaced it that night. Could this have been causing the uneven wear on my tire? Same tire the bearing was bad at

Absolutely. A bad bearing will let your tire wiggle around like your lug nuts aren't tight. That is definitely the issue, there may be another issue but that is a big part of the tire wear issue.

My 2011 F150 4x4 has a set of Raceline raptor 17x9 wheels on it. It list offset as +6 (?) stock wheels listed as +35mm. I am experiencing abnormal wear on the inside ribs of the front tires. The center and outer ribs look ok but inner ribs are almost gone. Last rotation was 5600 miles. It looks like the camber setting for the front should be more positive than factory stock as the wheels appear to be tilted in at the top, negative camber. Anyone else have this problem or thoughts on a correction? Thanks.

Both front tires are worn exactly the same amount. Truck tracks straight down the road at all speeds with or without your hands on the wheel. Under braking, other than a little shake from the rotor warp, it is straight as a die. I really don't think this is so much out of alignment as the settings are incorrect per specification. I was wondering if anyone had changed the factory alignment settings and corrected this problem?

When you get it aligned they will make sure it is straight. Camber toe and all.

I don't think anyone in this section of the forum is having the same problem because this is the '97-03 section lol.
