Tire wear problem
 

Front drivers side tire is wearing more on the inside of the tire. Ball joints were replaced about 3-4 years ago and bearing hub was replaced like 2 years ago. All four tires were balanced this previous winter. Probably been two years since an alignment. But the truck does not pull. Little Shake in the steering wheel sometimes but not all the time. Shocks are about 3-4 years old also. What could this be? Maybe time for an alignment? Or could this be a tie rod issue

Its time for an alignment. Ask the shop to look at it an tell you if you need to replace anything; as far as tie rod ends or other superfluous steering/suspension components. If you do any off-roading and you have some extra cash, a lifetime alignment would be a good idea. Usually, they cost around $200, but after you use it twice it has just about paid for itself.

I'd look at alignment, could be camber wear.

+1. Camber will not cause pull. The toe could be set correctly and be off camber causing inner wear.

In order for camber to cause wear, it would be very noticeable standing back a few feet and looking at the tires, they would be leaning in at the top a great deal. Most likely it wasn't aligned properly to begin with or there are worn parts.

Whats the difference between a "Lifetime" and a "Normal" alignment?

Lifetime has a "warranty" on it. Go in as many times as you want. I have it and it came with my tires. So when I **** up the alignment I just go in. A normal one is a one time alignment.

Huh. Yeah it's pretty cool. Never have to worry about it for the life of the tires. But I guess a real lifetime would be the trucks life.
