Default Tire size

i have a 2003 ford with about 6.5 inches of lift and i wanted to know if i could put a set of 37x1350xR17 on my stock rims which are 17's i want to know if 1350 is so wide for that rim

Your gonna need more than 6.5" to clear 37's..

i dont think it will work with that rim i believe its going to need to be wider,
carcrazygts2 i think you can fit the but you will have to trim

im not so worried about getting the height to fit in the fender well bc im sure there will be trimming i just want to know if they will even fit on my rims before i do anything bc i dont want to waste the money thank you for the tips it is greatly appreciated

Definitely gonna need a wider wheel. With less backspacing. Stock wheels and oversize tires like hitting lift spindles on 2wd, and 4wd truck for some reason.

what if i went with a 35*1250/R17 would i run into any problems there other than some trimming

it depends on how wide your wheels are if there 17x7s i dont think it will work but if its a 17x8 i think it should but im not a 100% postive

I've seen 35x12.50 on the stock rims, just don't over inflate the tires or you will have tire wear issues

The problem with stock wheels is the larger tires will want to rub the spindles. I have been down this road before.
